SHOES IN THE MAKING

Yup, this also had to come. The day that Leah needed to wear shoes outdoors.

Woke up, pouring down with rain .... ok, what are we going to do with Leah wanting to walk when we go out? Right, get the shoes out and hope for the best.

We have been to Clarks shoe store twice and all shoes she has tried on have made her look like a clown. (sorry Leah!)

So we tried some cruiser shoes on her and these seem to be the best option for now. She is a little unsteady at the moment ....






OK, maybe a little more than just a little unsteady!

Eat carpet Leah ... don't worry, you can do it, get up and try again.

Those clown shoes look great on you ... keep going my sweet heart.

A little practice goes a long way!

Hopefully all will be fine and I guess in no time she will be running and have forgotten about the rubber and leather on her feet.

At least we are still in control of what shoes we buy here ... in a few years .... "But Mom xxxxxx has Nike shoes, why can't I have the same."
