Sunny day in September!
A SUNNY DAY IN THE LIFE OF LEAH

Well you must all be wondering what on earth we get up to every day ... mom and Leah ... surely that has to be boring. NOT!

Thought I might fill you in on some of the activities we do together during the lovely sunny days we are having at present.

Always time for a play in my sandpit and swimming pool (olympic size)



Maybe a little lunch now and then. Here Leah is feeding herself avo and banana (still a firm favourite). Don't say oooooh .... she loves it and that is all that counts. Try it! You may just love it too.





OK, now for a bit of speed. How about a spin in my new pink 1000cc rocket trike!

Leah will not walk out of the front door without trying to pull our leg to give her a spin on her bike (which is parked under the stairwell in our flat).

She has been practicing wheel spins, flips and the occasional wheelie. Not bad for a 13 month. Heaven help us when she is 18!

The faster we go, the better. And if we stop, she rocks and makes squeeling noises (faster, faster Daddy ....)


Our local park (Overton Park) is a short 5 minute walk/trike ride.

Leah enjoys many things at the park, including the swing, see-saw, slide and climbing up the stairs to go down the slide. However she enjoys taking a break every now and then and sits on the stairs, blocking it up so no other child can get up. Does not go down well with some of them. Seen a good few kids having their usual tantrum because Leah will not get out of their way.

So, anyone want to tell me our life is boring? Still loving it so much and am venturing into new projects to keep myself at home with my princess. Life is a blessing with her at the moment and she is more than our angel!
