A trip into the mountains - France Avoriaz Ski resort

We headed into the mountains in France for some snow and a hope that mom and dad could do some snowboarding for half a day or so. We arrived at Avoriaz in two hours and booked Leah into the creche for half a day! She really enjoyed herself and so did mom and dad! The snow was decent and we had a joll on the slopes once again.

Leah had a good laugh when dad kicked the snowballs but was not keen to touch the snow at all. She loved being carted around in a snow cart and was kept very warm in her snow suit! Excuse the hat but we lost her other one!

Seeing as Avoriaz is a car free resort, one has to get bags/kids etc. around the resort with these well designed sledge trolleys that you chuck a euro in for use! By the time we left the resort (around 7pm) Leah fell asleep in the trollet as we dragged her to the car park a couple of hundred metres away! She was so washed out and slept the whole way back into Switzerland! What a life!
