GUY FALKES NIGHT

Grandpa and Aunty Lindsay held a bon fire night and crackers to celebrate Guy Falkes night. For those who need a History lesson, he was the dude that wanted to blow up the houses of Parliment here in London a long time ago.

Well, Leah liked the sparklers and lights but the loud bangs got a bit on top of her. Aunty Linds found a pair of ear plugs (as worn by Leah in the pics), which we proceeded to put in Leahs ears. She was then able to cope with some of the louder bangs!

There were so many fireworks to get through and Leah reluctantly went to bed half way through them (screaming for 15 minutes! - what Leah, screaming - YES!)

It was a great evening with lots of food, warm No 3 Pimms with apple juice ... mmmm and good company .... thanx!
